“Khaleda provided strategic support that has strengthened our organisation. This included developing our fundraising and partnership strategy, embedding systems and processes, and supporting senior leadership across governance and delivery. She also played a key role in shaping new areas of work, including research, reports, and the development of sustainable income model. Her approach is both strategic and practical, with a strong focus on community impact”.

“The anti racist training session introduced us to new resources, books, and language we hadn’t encountered before. It was insightful, honest, and at times uncomfortable in all the right ways. We came away with a deeper understanding of how to improve our reporting and recognise the gaps in our own practice. The learning continues — and this training has been a vital step in that journey.”

“Working with Khaleda completely transformed how we manage our finances and governance. They helped us put clear, practical systems in place that actually work for a small charity, and supported our team through staff development days that built confidence and understanding across the organisation. Their approach was patient, empowering, and exactly what we needed to move forward with clarity and accountability.”

"Working with Khaleda has brought a real sense of clarity and stability to our organisation at a time when we needed it most. She quickly understood the pressures we were under and has helped strengthen our governance, internal systems, financial planning and overall structure in a way that feels both practical and manageable.
Khaleda has supported me directly as CEO with funding applications, projected budgets and strategic thinking, while also helping us put stronger foundations in place for the future. Her approach is honest, grounded and solutions-focused.
Having her alongside us has been a huge relief, and the impact of her support has already been felt across the organisation".
